Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling - must be submitted in writing via email to Paradise Picnics Waiheke Ltd, a minimum of one week prior to reservation date. If the new requested date is available your reservation will be changed and confirmed by Paradise Picnics Waiheke Ltd, however, if it is not available you will be notified of the available dates on either side of your requested date. The new date will then be confirmed and booked on receipt of confirmation e-mail from you.
Cancellation - must be submitted to Paradise Picnics Waiheke Ltd a minimum of two weeks prior to reservation date to receive a full refund. Thereafter any cancellations between seven and forteen days prior to reservation date will receive a refund of fifty percent of the fifty percent deposit paid on date of booking. Any cancellation requests made to Paradise Picnics Waiheke Ltd within seven days of reservation date forfeit any refund.
Inclement weather reservation changes or cancellations:
Picnic sites are in outdoor parks, beaches, forest etcetera, and these settings and are subject to the weather. It is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests during their event.
We recommend you closely monitor the weather and have plans in place in the event of severe weather threats.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the event of cold weather, strong winds, due to mosquitoes, Fire Bans or High Temperatures.
